Guest Speaker: Claudio Bonometti, MD

Dr. Bonometti will discuss arrhythmia management in the real world. You will identify ‘What’s the rhythm’ along with ‘What’s the treatment and why?’ In addition, we will review the AHA 2010 guidelines algorithms for Adult Bradycardia and Tachycardia. Please bring a caliper.


Course Objectives:

  • Identify rhythms presented.
  • Differentiate atrial from ventricular rhythms.
  • List treatment options and why.
  • Discuss treatment rationale for the Adult Bradycardia algorithm.
  • Discuss treatment rationale for the Adult Tachycardia algorithm.

Prerequisite: Level I Dysrhythmia class or Tele Tech class


Provider approved for 3 contact hours by the California Board of Nursing, Provider #00252.
