As a not-for-profit health system, it is entirely because of donations from you and your friends and neighbors that Cottage Health System is able to remain in the forefront of medical excellence for everyone in the community.   Tax-deductible gifts to any of Cottage Health System's foundations*  can be: pledged and paid over a period of up to five years structured as an outright gift of cash, securities, real property, business interests, or other assets, and can also be structured through a tax-exempt charitable trust, life-estate, charitable gift annuity, or other planned gift technique (learn more about planned giving options here >> ) recognized through naming opportunities.
