Cottage’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides psychiatric consultation and counseling services, including assessment, crisis intervention, referral, education, and training for mental health and substance abuse issues for employees of numerous major corporations and businesses in the region, including Cottage Health System. Through EAP, employees can access outpatient and inpatient services described as part of their healthcare benefit packages.

EAP services are provided at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital.
