There are several ways to make a donation to Cottage:

Online
Make a gift online for an amount between $10 and $999 *  to any of our hospitals’ foundations:

   > Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital Foundation
   > Santa Ynez Valley Hospital Foundation
* To make a gift of $1,000 or more, please call the Development Department at (805) 879-8980.

By Mail
Make a donation by mail using the printable donation form. Print the form and mail it to:
