As a not-for-profit health system, Cottage Health System depends on donations from you and your friends and neighbors to remain in the forefront of medical excellence for everyone in the community. All gifts are tax-deductible. Learn about our giving levels and the benefits you will receive here.

You may designate your gift to any of our hospitals, to a specific program or service, or to wherever the need is greatest. You may also make a gift to honor or in memory of someone special. Learn more about the ways you can give here.

Cottage Health System is pleased to provide you with the option to make a donation online. Your gift will be processed through a secure web site. Please review our Donor Bill of Rights and E-Donor Bill of Rights for our complete policies on privacy and donations. Donations can also be made using a mail-in donation form, or by calling us at 805/879-8980.

You may make online donations for an amount between $10 and $999. If you wish to make a donation of $1,000 or more, please contact us at 805/879-8980.
