The Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital Foundation, established in 1988, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital. Gifts to the Foundation have been used to renovate patient rooms, acquire surgical equipment, fund the Breast Care Center Patient Assistance program, upgrade the Emergency Department, renovate the Chase Birth Center, and expand patient services in the Radiology Department with the purchase of a new CT scanner and recently, a multi-purpose fluoroscope. Gifts may be made in a variety of forms, including cash, securities, real estate, and bequests by will. Donors who contribute $1,000 or more will be recognized with a bronze plaque on the hospital's Wall of Honor. We will be pleased to provide you with more information and offer assistance as you consider making a gift to the Foundation. You may make a donation online, over the phone, or by mail.
